Pre-Tank separates all particles & liquid water before going into pre-filter and blocking it quickly. Thus Reducing pressure difference, saving electrics. Pre-Tank minimize the condensate water going into Air Dryer. All condensate must be drained periodically from the bottom of tank.
Pre-Filter takes particles bigger than 0.1ppm. Eliminates most of oil in the air stream. Oil is one of the main reason for air dryer performance loss. Filter element inside must also be changed whenever compressor filters are changed to maintain air dryer performance for a long time.
Air Dryer reduces humidity level of air stream. It can not remove the liquid water. Liquid water and oil must be purged from the air stream before entering the air dryer. Air Dryer reduces air humidity to 20% or less. That makes your machinery lasts much longer, efficient & plumbing with less leaks, otherwise causing high electric & maintenance bills.
